If you do not receive a job offer or at least 5 qualified interviews after 3 consecutive months of active service, we will extend your service at no cost until you reach those results.

A job offer is defined as an official offer of employment from an employer, regardless of whether you accept it.
An interview refers to a formal meeting with an individual involved in the hiring decision for a role or company you’ve approved, including but not limited to recruiters and hiring managers. Each qualifying interview counts toward the guarantee, regardless of whether you choose to attend. The final determination of what constitutes an interview rests with Resume Wizard 101.

Eligibility Requirements
To maintain eligibility for the Job Offer Guarantee, you must:

• Use our Career Search Management service for 3 consecutive months without gaps.
• Respond to communications from your Career Search Manager (CSM) within 48 hours.
• Approve or reject presented job opportunities within 48 hours.
• Attend all scheduled strategy calls and interviews.
• Participate in at least two Zoom meetings per month with your CSM.

Failure to meet these requirements — including delays in responsiveness, lack of engagement, or refusal to participate in key activities — will void the guarantee.

Activation and Completion
The guarantee activates after 3 consecutive full service months.
If a job offer or 5 qualified interviews have not been achieved by that point, Resume Wizard 101 will continue providing service at no charge until either milestone is reached.
Once either result is achieved — a job offer or 5 interviews — the guarantee is considered fulfilled, and services will conclude with no additional fees.
